Mr. Hase, our Road Moose, was out on the balcony overlooking the valley in which
Sevierville is situated, and he said, "You guys oughta get your cameras. I think there's
gonna be a really spectacular sunrise." 59 degrees outside. We got the cameras and
a cup of coffee and sat out there with Mr. Hase. He was right, don't you think?
Welcome to a Tennessee morning, at it's finest.
Couple of really HUGE flea markets here, and they sell virtually everything,
from mobile homes to Jack Link jerky, a thousand miles from home.
Ran into an obliging young man, who didn't mind having a photo op with Mr. Hase.
Some of Jay's retail customer might like the signs. The artwork was on the end of
one of the benches, where we rested. The big hairy guy is a former radio station
sales manger from the area around Horse Cave, Kentucky.
At a sportswear memorabilia store in the flea market, these nice people gave Jay a heck
of a deal on a new Packer Jacket. Then they gave him this really cool traveling
companion for our Road Moose, Mr. Hase. Southern hospitality at its finest. Thank you.
A long but most enjoyable day. Back to the villa where we're staying...a
gated community and they let US in, thanks to Jim and Bobbi. Up the hill and
we're in that first building on the right, second door down. It is incredible!
