Our last day in Sevierville, Tennessee.  Another beautiful sunrise from the
balcony.  A delicious breakfast of country ham and stuff at Cracker Barrel (we gotta
get one of these closer to home).  Then a final run up and down the Parkway to see
a few things we hadn't had time for before.  There's a car show in town this week,
and we saw a few of them on the road.
Some folks have another car, some folks, well...And we decided again not to
try a helicopter flight.  Jay's had enough of them, and Sherry didn't want any.
One of the places we
passed quite a few times
is Music Outlet, a huge
music store, with huge
instruments out front.
Joel, the guitar guru, was
a little wary of Mr. Hase at
first.
Mr. Hase demonstrated his expertise on the banjo and guitar (didn't fall off once), and
we had a look around at these incredible vintage instruments.  It was like a museum.
And, yes, they have a BUNCH of new
instruments, as well...Martin, Gibson,
Les Paul, Yamaha, all the quality names
you could hope for, with discounted
prices.  Oh, Joel did finally warm up to
Mr. Hase. Thanks for a great visit,Joel.
There's a sign we saw on the closed gates of the Chick-Fil-A restaurant last Sunday. Kinda
liked it.  And there are the kids: Mr. Hase, Li'l Dixie, and our new, and as yet un-named
Packer teddy bear, belted in and ready to roll bright and/or early tomorrow morning.
