Saturday morning, April 17, and the beginning of a busy and happy
day. We celebrated our friend Larry Heagle's birthday at breakfast
at the Chippewa Family Restaurant. As Jesse was bringing the
cake, Larry had just gone to the Men's room. So Jesse took it in to
Larry, as we all sang "Happy Birthday" and hoped there was not be
a flare-up of major proportions.

Monday, April 12th, was Jay and Sherry's 20th-month "anniversary", and our dear friends,
Jim and Bobbi Craig, came over from Lake City in the Peoples Republic of Minnesota for
lunch and great talk at Bohemian Ovens in Bloomer. Mike Hable, B.O.M.B, joined us,
then took us to see Bloomer's big tourist attraction, the boat that Mike's brother, Bill, has
been working on for the past twenty years. This is a BOAT a 43-footer, and with hooters.
