Thursday, August 19 found the Moose on the Loose at the Glenwood City
WEST CAP JumpStart/IDEAL AUTO
Randy and Theresa steer the JumpStart program that gives eligible people a chance to help themselves. The program helps
to get dependable transportation to the people who need it and can't necessarily afford to obtain it by conventional means.
"A hand up, not a hand out." Some of the neighbors stopped by to talk to the Moose, too.  The donuts were delicious and the

We had lunch at "The Cafe" in Glenwood City, where the Mobil station used to be. A delightful
atmosphere, friendly hosts, and Peach-Blueberry pie that was incredible.
